Two days of hillclimb competition is on this weekend at the Mt. Leura course, as part of the Victorian Hillclimb Championship.
Round 3 is the short course held on Saturday the 16th, followed by round 4 on the long course on Sunday. Entries for both rounds are available on the motorsport entry forms tab above. Good luck to those who will be representing TCCA and competing at this event.
For those looking for something a little more casual, we look forward to catching you at Coffee Cars and Donuts at the Point Cook RAAF base on Sunday.
So much to do Sunday, which one will you pick?
Cars Coffee & Donuts at Preston Homemaker Centre at 8.30am tomorrow?
Tarmac motorkhana at Sandown tomorrow?
Or maybe you want to do a little spectating at Historic Rob Roy tomorrow?
Our members will be doing at least one of these tomorrow, you should join up and get amongst it!
Plenty on in the next few weeks for TCCAV members.
This Sunday is the MR2 Owners Club hillclimb at Haunted Hills, which 10 of us will be attending. Entries have closed for this one, but I am sure any one who wants to come for a look will be more than welcome.
Sunday 6th of May will be another round of the Victorian Hillclimb Championship, to be held at Rob Roy Hillclimb out at Christmas Hills. Rob Roy is a great place to race, so get along and compete or have a look. There is also a Sprint on at Phillip Island on the same day, so tarmac people are spoilt for choice.
13th May is a Motorkhana at Pakenham for the dirt inclined.
20th May will be Cars Coffee & Donuts, this time to be held in Brighton. Usual starting time of 8.30am. Location details to be confirmed.
Don’t forget TCCAV is holding our first Toyota only show – All Toyota Winterfest – to be held on 24th June at Caribbean Gardens. More details can be found else where on the website.
Finally here is a link to some photos from our Donuts meet at Garage Classics Musuem and Cafe last Sunday. Thanks to Leigh and Lee for making us welcome there, it was a great morning out!
