The Toyota Car Club of Australia Victoria has a history spanning back nearly 43 years. The club as we know it came to be in 1992 with the merger of the Celica Car Club of Victoria and the Toyota Owners Club of Victoria, and since that date the club has continued to evolve and grow to become the amazing community of over 500 members it is today.
On Tuesday July 10, 2018, TCCAV members voted in favour of updating the club logo. The new logo is designed to both pay homage to the club’s roots but also to help take the club forward into the digital age. Through an enhanced online presence, we hope to be able to better engage with the community and continue to grow the club into the future – this logo is the first step in that direction.
We’d also like to take the opportunity to give a massive thank-you to Ash Miniken and Naish Chapman for their time and commitment in organising, designing and implementing the new logo. Thanks guys – it looks great!
The annual All Toyota & Lexus Winterfest car show is back at Toyota Altona in 2018 after a successful event under the sun last year.
Winterfest is open to all Toyota and Lexus vehicles and we will also have a section for Toyota or Lexus powered vehicles. To show your car in the Powered by Toyota section please leave your bonnet propped open for the day if it is safe to do so.
Held out the front of the Toyota Altona factory it will be our opportunity to pay tribute to all of the craftmanship that has gone on behind closed doors and give the workers past & present an opportunity to see the legacy that will continue to be kept alive for many years to come.
