The TCCAV Annual General Meeting for 2018 will be held on July 10th. This is your opportunity to vote for and nominate the committee to take the club forward for the next financial year. Come along and have your say on how the club is shaped – either by wielding your power to vote, or by nominating for a position yourself. As with every single TCCAV meeting and event, all new faces are very welcome!

You must be a current financial member of the club to vote. You may elect to have another member vote on your behalf by using the proxy form below – print it, fill it out and give it to your proxy to present on the night.

The voting portion of the evening will commence after the regular monthly meeting (arrive for dinner from 7pm), with an expected start time for voting of around 9.30pm. Refreshment will be provided by the club. See you there!
Exciting news! This year”s Terry Baker motorsport event is to be held at Haunted Hills, over a weekend! This event is designed as a motorsport challenge between TCCAV and RSOCVic for new and existing motorsport competitors and a range of skill levels – but with a focus on getting newcomers out to try for the first time. It will consist of a :
1. Touring road event from Officer to the Haunted Hills hillclimb circuit on Saturday morning;
2. A bitumen motorkhana on Saturday afternoon;
3. A hillclimb on Sunday.
The event is only open to financial members of TCCAV and RSOCVic, and competitors may enter any or all three portions of the event.
