The Toyota Car Club of Australia Victoria has a history spanning back nearly 43 years. The club as we know it came to be in 1992 with the merger of the Celica Car Club of Victoria and the Toyota Owners Club of Victoria, and since that date the club has continued to evolve and grow to become the amazing community of over 500 members it is today.
On Tuesday July 10, 2018, TCCAV members voted in favour of updating the club logo. The new logo is designed to both pay homage to the club’s roots but also to help take the club forward into the digital age. Through an enhanced online presence, we hope to be able to better engage with the community and continue to grow the club into the future – this logo is the first step in that direction.
We’d also like to take the opportunity to give a massive thank-you to Ash Miniken and Naish Chapman for their time and commitment in organising, designing and implementing the new logo. Thanks guys – it looks great!
It’s AGM time and our biggest meeting of the year where you as a club member have the opportunity to nominate for and vote in our new committee.

With the amazing Frank Ferrantino stepping down as president this year is more important than ever and we are looking for new members to join us in shaping the future of your club. Ps Frank will still be involved, just try to take a mic away from him. Haha.
If you are interested in any position or would like to set up a new position please come along on the night or talk to our current committee about how you would like to get involved. Proxy nomination forms are also in the newsletter if you cant make it on the night.
Every position is available and we are even inviting support members to join and assist with major events, social media and much more.
We will also hold our general TCCAV Club Night before the AGM is called into action. We have a big item on our agenda this month with the opportunity for you to vote on our new logo design. keep an eye on your emails this week for further into.
The club nights are also a great opportunity to chat with other members, enjoy a nice dinner and find out what is going on with your Car Club. Both members and non-members are welcome to attend and the clubs current committee members will be available to answer your questions and assist with membership and club plate applications.
We meet upstairs at Bells Hotel where the bar will be open for drinks and meal orders in the lead up to the meeting.
