TCCAV Annual General Meeting

Join us for a meal and a chat at Bells Hotel for our regular club meeting on the second Tuesday of the month.

NOTE: July is our Annual General Meeting where members have the chance to nominate for a position and vote in the new committee that will lead the club through the following financial year. For further information please read Toyotalk, the club's monthly member magazine.

The TCCAV Club Nights are a fantastic opportunity to chat with other members, enjoy a nice dinner and find out what is going on with your Car Club. Members and non-members are welcome to attend. 

The club's committee members will be available to answer your questions and assist with membership and club plate applications and renewals.

We meet at Bells Hotel, either upstairs or in the topiary room, order your drinks and meals in the lead up to the meeting from the main bar. Ask the bar staff or look out for the signage to find out which room we are in on the night.

Dinner from around 7.00pm

Meeting starts at 7.30pm
