AGM & Membership Awards Night

TCCAV's Annual General Meeting & Member Awards Night will take place in the Main Hall at Bells Hotel on Tuesday, August 9th.

We will be recognising those members with a long tenure and handing out this year's Membership Awards at the AGM, then the current committee will step down and a new FY25 committee will be elected. This is your opportunity to put your hand up for a role and join the committee. We have plenty of fun organising the club activities as a group, learning some great new skills along the way. Becoming a committee member is very rewarding and can lead to new opportunities in your professional life as well.

There will be a bar tab put on by the club and Bells will have the usual Tuesday Burger deals and Menu available.

Feel free to join us for a meal anytime from 6 PM. The AGM will commence at approximately 7:30 PM

If you are interested in joining our car club this is a great time to come along and meet other club members. Our committee will be available to assist you with memberships, club permits and any information you need for any upcoming social or motorsport events.
